Edit and Refine
The editor brings the story, the design system, and the source material together. It is where you turn a first draft into a deck that reads clearly and is ready to send.
Editor canvas

Understand the three main areas
- Slide rail: scan the outline, reorder your thinking, and add or remove slides as the story changes.
- Canvas: focus on the active slide as a real presentation surface, not just a block of text.
- Right rail: switch between sources, reusable blocks, persona controls, structural details, and validation tools without leaving the page.
Use citations to keep the deck trustworthy
Citations matter most when a deck includes:
- customer or pipeline details
- board or executive updates
- market claims and benchmark numbers
- policy, product, or pricing language that should stay precise
Use the Source panel to review what is attached, see where claims need grounding, and tighten slides before export or sharing.
A practical editing loop
- Open the deck from the library.
- Check the slide rail and confirm the overall sequence still makes sense.
- Refine the active slide on the canvas.
- Change the slide pattern if the current layout is not serving the message.
- Review the Source and Validate panels before moving on.
What this page is really for
The editor is the point where speed and trust have to meet. It should help you move fast on structure while still giving you enough context to stand behind what the deck says.
